TCL Slovakia s.r.o. provides comprehensive customs declaration services for the import, export and transit of goods from the EU through Slovakia.
In the area of customs declarations, we offer our customers:
- Preparation of customs declarations for import, export, transit and representation in customs proceedings (direct and indirect)
- Tax representation for foreign entities in imports with VAT exemption
- Securing import payments for the customs import regime and providing guarantees for the TRANSIT regime (T1, T2)
- Preparation of all transport and supporting documents at the customer's request (CIM, SMGS, CMR, EUR.1, Certificate of Origin, submission of a single entry health document CHEDPP for border phytosanitary control, etc.)
- Preparation of applications for authorisation of procedures with economic impact and for temporary storage of goods under customs supervision
- Preparation of applications for authorisation of procedures with economic impact (passive and active processing, temporary use) and for temporary storage of goods under customs supervision
- Consultancy in the field of customs issues relating to specific problems in connection with the import, export or direct transit of goods
- Submission of CBAM reports on behalf of importers to the European Commission
